| Located atop the Dream Hotel, Ava Penthouse is one of the ubber exclusive Lounges located in Times Square. Rated #1 for it's style, class, and high end vision of a party of it's kind, Ava is the perfect New Years Eve Party to attend with friends from all over. It provides that New York feel, with the Times Square Vibe. Parties at this indoor-outdoor lounge are bumping, with the mixed crowd of men in casual business attire and shimmery women gets down to whatever's on the turntables (often eighties pop and contemporary hip-hop). It's the setting that really heightens the mood, though: a 15th floor rooftop overlooking Midtown, with a view to the glowing pyramids crowning Worldwide Plaza, and down Broadway to Times Square, which is engulfed in brightness at 1am. Meanwhile the immediate atmosphere replicates a night at the beach, with wicker stools, dune grass and a 10-foot palm tree surrounded by a wooden bench. For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender
or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket
price unless otherwise noted.
If purchasing VIP or table tickets individually, and if the party requires a minimum
number of people, your entire group must purchase their table tickets within 24
hours of the initial purchase. If the other tickets are not purchased within 24
hours, the initial purchase will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to info@1231.com
and place "Refund" in subject line. Refund requests must be made within five days
of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
there are no refunds. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee
that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the
celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at
the event, 1231.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.
