On New Year’s Eve, Chelsea Manor is looking to raise the bar and bring to New York City one of the hottest celebrations to welcome in 2012. The Chelsea Manor screams elegance and sophistication with its plush white leather couches, hanging crystal chandeliers, and polished wood floor. What sets Chelsea Manor apart, however,from any other sophisticated hangout is the energetic, but intimate ambiance of the vintage inspired walls and glows of red, green, and blue neon color throughout the space. The party at Chelsea Manor begins when doors open at 9PM, featuring five hours of premium open bar and two hours of passed hors d’oeuvres. Partygoers will be treated to the musical delightsof live DJs as everyone will be on their feet until the highly anticipated live countdown to midnight. Experience the Times Square ball drop on one of the 12 plasma televisions located throughoutor on the mammoth 84 inch projection screen. Even after the countdown has long passed, expect to be dancing into the early morning hours of 2012. VIP packages including the general admission amenities along with bottle service, reserved seats at either a table or private booth are available. For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender
or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket
price unless otherwise noted.
If purchasing VIP or table tickets individually, and if the party requires a minimum
number of people, your entire group must purchase their table tickets within 24
hours of the initial purchase. If the other tickets are not purchased within 24
hours, the initial purchase will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
there are no refunds. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee
that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the
celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at
the event, 1231.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.
