For this night only, the doors between Room Service and Ten's will open up to bring you the hottest party in NYC. At Room Service, you can enjoy the lavish amenities of a 5 Star Hotel while ringing in the New Year. Book a VIP Suite (ranging in size from the Standard to the Presidential) and receive top-notch service, including a private mixologist to cater to your every whim, plush leather couches, a fully-stocked mini-fridge, and semi-sheer curtains that allow you as much privacy as you so desire.
Looking for a change of scenery? Head over to Tens, the "original" cabaret of the New York City party scene. This dual party will feature a full night of a complimentary top-shelf open bar, hors d'oeuvres and a live DJ spinning all your favorite hits.

For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender
or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket
price unless otherwise noted.
If purchasing VIP or table tickets individually, and if the party requires a minimum
number of people, your entire group must purchase their table tickets within 24
hours of the initial purchase. If the other tickets are not purchased within 24
hours, the initial purchase will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

and place "Refund" in subject line. Refund requests must be made within five days
of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
there are no refunds. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee
that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the
celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at
the event, 1231.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.
