China Club, one of New York's finest and longest running party spots, is opening its doors to host the hottest NYE party in all of Times Square. Sprawling throughout two floors, this 16,000 square foot venue hosts three unique areas in which to ring in the New Year. Enjoy the pumping beats at China Club dance club on the second floor, the exotic Caribbean-Asian feel of the Shei-Shei Lounge, or visit the newest Jade Terrace Rooftop Lounge & Garden, an indoor/outdoor area built to resemble an Asian pagoda. The China Club is not to be missed this New Year's Eve.

For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender
or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket
price unless otherwise noted.
If purchasing VIP or table tickets individually, and if the party requires a minimum
number of people, your entire group must purchase their table tickets within 24
hours of the initial purchase. If the other tickets are not purchased within 24
hours, the initial purchase will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

is cancelled you will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket.
If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket.
To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to info@1231.com
and place "Refund" in subject line. Refund requests must be made within five days
of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
there are no refunds. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee
that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the
celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at
the event, 1231.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.
